I would say VF35 and value around $125.00.

VF35 details, cleaned with lots of residue left around the devices and legends

I would offer $50 at the upper limit due to the greatly impaired eye appeal.

VF- 25/30 and market acceptable if these pics are accurate, price seems OK to me.

VF-35 and would not be considered a details grade. Most likely cleaned at some point but now nicely toned back done.
