These are Chinese
1) Tao Kuang 1821-1859
2) Shan Lung 1736-1795, Board of Revenue Beijing

I recall the hours of fun my dealer must have had watching me try to attribute my first Chinese Cash coin.
He still claims he didn't know it was Japanese.
