Its a 1917 Argentine-france accord

Maybe someone has more information?

Anyone have an idea on this piece? I have found nothing and very little mention of this.

Wondering if it has any significance or value.

I would take a guess that it is a medal for someone who was on the 1917 Exposition Committee.
Perhaps it is some symbol of friendship or alliance between Argentina and France. This was WW I era.
I looked for you and found a number of 1917 medals for an Exposition in Buenos Aires Argentina. There were livestock, medicine, and others.

It has a Paris stamp on bottom as well.

If you had to take a guess what kind of material is this composed of? It s not magnetic.
