Hard to tell. Luster seems decent so it could be anywhere from a au55-ms63. Could be a weak strike or could be wear. More pics would help. There's a big price jump between mid/high AU to low ms.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it is close to MS63. Typical strike from the New Orleans mint from that era. The light russet toning looks natural and is very appealing. Definitely a candidate for third party grading. Do not clean it or try to make it look better!

Better pictures would help.

Typical soft center strike. Poor strike rather than circulation. Lovely natural tone. No indication of cleaning or dipping. High end 63.

i think it would grade at least MS63

After further review that coin is already in an NNC basement slab at MS63.

Based on what we know about the seller/slabber I would not trust the slab or pictures to be an accurate rendition of what the coin really looks like.

Tread cautiously if you persue this coin.

looks like a softly struck 64 from pics.

From those pictures, I would think MS-63.

Based on pictures, no way the coin is Unc. A weak strike would still show luster on the weak devices. AU tops.
