Above the "One Dime" "O" are a couple missing leaves and I cant find anothef error like this on internet. Advice? Value?

to the Forum. It is rather difficult to tell due to the blurry picture, would you be able to post a better clear Pic? I see a white spot above the ONE DIME and as the picture depicts the coin seems to have been heavily cleaned so a clear focused picture would be helpful for our experts opinion.

It looks like there is some detail missing around the 2 -3 o'clock position. This leads me to believe it was polished away. It may have been caused by a Grease Filled Die.

A clearer pic would help.
