2005 Nickel Die Chip Progression

I had these roll and others I got from the mint back in 2005 that I started to go through and I found these 5 coins of the formation I think of a die chip.

Interesting you're able to put together that progression of a die deteriorating. Nice! I wonder, just how many coins were minted with identical markings before another piece broke, then another.

That type of break must have been a weakened spot of that particular die. Wonder how far it progressed, make a die crack or Cud? Or just get replaced before any thing catastrophic happened?

Crazyb0, I was able to do it because all of them came in the same roll from the mint that I bought from them in 2005 I still have to go through the Denver mint ones
