moxking Rest in Peace United States 17900 Posts	Posted 07/08/2017 12:56 pm You need to process the refund through pay pal. Go to the transaction payment when they initially paid. It will give you the option of full or partial refund. Report this Post to the Staff

silverwolf Pillar of the Community Canada 3733 Posts	Posted 07/08/2017 4:19 pm if he initiated a return, you have to wait until you receive the item back, then you will get the option to do a refund through ebay. if this is not through an opened return case then you can issue refund through paypal.
