Long answer = That is a plating issue causing the appearance of doubling. Good example of it. Note the Plating Bubbles all over, this planchet when plated with it's very thin copper plating captured foreign substances, air, moisture etc. that caused the zinc to "rot" forming gas under the layers. When struck, the pressure caused the gas to move in a symptomatic form, as was stamped under the plating. Very interesting, never seen so distinct as here, good pix, great example but not a DDO. Usually what is seen is a "ghosting" effect directly next to the details.
