It has been cleaned and has environmental damage so I wouldn't bother trying to remove the reverse spots. Soak it in some acetone if you like and see what happens. Wish I had better news for you. Matt2727 Valued Member United States 219 Posts	Posted 07/10/2017 2:46 pm If you take a close look at the obverse, you will see many small diagonal hairlines. This is evidence of a cleaning, and as such, the coin is only worth melt plus a few bucks. Its not really worth it too remove the spots, value would still be the same. Report this Post to the Staff
