I have a 2005 Fen from the People's Republic of China. I can't find any info on it in Krause. The latest date they have for this coin is 1997. I suppose they could just be late in updating their catalog(as usual), but I just want to be sure I'm not missing something.

If it looks identical to the aluminium one pictured as KM/Y# 1, then it's presumably also KM/Y# 1. If it's a different metal and design, it might be a 1 jiao (KM/Y# 1210a (cupronickel) or 1210b (steel)).

I'm fairly certain that it is Y/KM #1. Sometimes I overlook things in Krause though...

Believe it or not, now that I've been cataloging my collection, this is the third coin that hasn't been officially listed. And I'm not even past C yet.

The Fen coins have not the major coins in China at now, and usually used Jiao or Yuan coins(One Jiao = 10 Fen, One Yuan = 10 Jiao). But the Centre bank also issure the Fen coins sometimes.
