Agree 65, toning not as nice as on your other examples.

I would say 63-64. I like the toning but a closer view is needed to grade with any type of accuracy.

My grade would be MS 64+ (NGC Plus) or MS 64+ (PCGS Plus) because the coin has strong eye appeal and is choice in the grade. Obverse has a number of minor nicks on the neck and hair that hold it out of 65.
