This came to me in a box of coins. I have no idea what exactly it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I took these pics with my phone, hopefully they show enough detail. None of the details are raised. Its all recessed.

@gshultz927, with the design being inset and reversed, could it be that someone sandwiched a blank between two common Bermuda cents from 1970?

It is possible, I suppose. I have one other coin that is similar in material but the markings are from Bolivia.

Certainly looks that way to me. All the indications of a 'shed' or 'garage' job.
