Yes, that is a large die chip. Chips in this location on the memorial are sometimes referred to as a "hornets nest", as it looks like hornets built a nest in the memorial.

Excellent I haven't found but a baby hive in the Memorial so far; it would be great to find one that is actually listed as an IDB.
