From the pictures, I gotta say that the toning looks suspicious on these coins. I have seen artificially colored or smoked coins that look like these. The second one particularly because of the halo around the stars on the obverse. On the others the toning is not deep, it's superficial. You can find slabbed Unc Morgans with terrific color on ebay and other sites for $80-$90.

I am sure they look better in hand, I can never get the true color or luster when I take pics.
I would say 1-MS63 2-MS64 3-MS63+

I bought these all from my dealer, none are artificially toned. They are much nicer in hand. The second one my dealer said was in an old old album hence the multi colors. He guaranteed me they wouldn't come back Artificially toned. These are going to PCGS with about another dozen coins so we'll find out in a month or so.

63/64 range. Some of the toning is a bit ugly.

 1) It might make MS-64. 2) MS-63. 3) MS-64.

I do change my mind on the first one. It is probably almost a 64.
