I would grade this AU-55, except for that nasty little mark on the shield on the reverse. It's up to you if you can live with that.

Top end EF, probably a solid 45. That ding on the reverse shield would bother me. It's very nice otherwise, so it just depends on your acceptance of that mark.
Note that if you ever try to sell the coin that ding will push some buyers away.
