I found this dime in circulation at my work I believe it to be a double die if it's not what possibly could it be. Thank you in advance

This type of doubling is referred to as Die Deterioration Doubling, DDD and not an error just struck with an extremely worn die. They are cool looking though.

Exceedingly common for 2015-P and being found on 2016-P. Die Deterioration Doubling probably die to improper heat treat of dies. Not seeing this too much on Denver issues.
