Yeah but how can I prove to E-Bay that I didn't receive the package ? It wasn't insured , no signature required . And yes I paid through Pay pal .  |

If the package shows delivered, you can ask for details from your PO. The bad news is that if the PO can't determine delivery address different from your own, and the address that receives it doesn't return it, you are out the coins and the bucks.
It's happened to me twice. Immediate calls to PO took care of both and packages were delivered to me same day.
If you use Heritage, you know they almost never ship with signature confirmation, regardless of value. I once went out to my front lawn to fill a bird feeder and my neighbor brought me a package that was mis-delivered to them. It had my lovely NGC MS 66 Spanish Trail commemorative half dollar that I'd been searching for years and years.

I just looked up the tracking # again and it said ; Delivery Status Not Updated ,todays date . |

You are the buyer and you hold all the cards. The seller MUST prove delivery. And even if the package shows "Delivered" you can still get a refund if you did not receive your purchase. eBay/Paypal go to great lengths to insure their customers are satisfied. Customers with a good track record can file, and win, claims where proof of delivery is available to the seller. eBay/Paypal eat the expense in these situations. Happens every day. |

Ok ,I just found out that my package is still in transit and being delayed . Talk about being on pins and needles . Thanks to all that tried to help with your suggestions .  |

Sorry for all the commotion but I over reacted on the delay of delivery . I just received my package in the mail . Now I'm breathing much better . Again thanks for the replies .   |
