1985 P LC With Radically Misaligned Die Clash? (Rmadc)

Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 77336 Posts	Posted 07/17/2017 11:02 pm I found this in a circulated bankroll from a 25 dollar face value box of pennies. Is this really a radically misaligned die clash? I looked up this error type and it looks a lot like it. Errers and Varietys. Report this Post to the Staff

Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 07/17/2017 11:50 pm I see the curve, but it can't be a clash, nothing is curved on the reverse die, rim is formed by die edge. Only thi ng can think of is what's called a partial clip, where planchet stock bar is an incomplete punch thru...but you should see some indication on reverse also I thought?
