1964 D very shiny penny looks like it's on maybe some silver or something I've never seen a penny shine like this it's in real good condition but it shiny

William, if you posts pics of your coin, we may be able to distinguish between the various causes for a coin being unusually shiny (proof, plated, polished, etc).

William , in this exclusive hobby of Numismatics it is very essential to post photos of the coin in question . both front and back or as we say , obverse and reverse .
