PMD Confirmation Before Tossing This Mercury Into The Junk Silver Bin

I don't think it's a broadstrike or off-center because the legend is only flattened, not missing entirely, and also because the reeding is stil present. In order to have reeding it would have to have been in the collar when it was struck, and the collar is round. So when it was struck it was round and not it is not.
