Hello coin gurus, would you mind confirming PMD before I scrap this one? I don't think it's a broadstrike or off-center because the legend is only flattened, not missing entirely, and also because the reeding is stil present. But I do wonder how the flattening is circular. Thanks in advance.

As a kid I saw partial flattening like this on pennies that almost fell off the vibrating rail before the train flattened them.

Notice it is not round, but it has reeding in the distorted area. In order to have reeding it would have to have been in the collar when it was struck, and the collar is round. So when it was struck it was round and not it is not. So it must be PSD post strike damage.
