Straight VF British grade. That's best as to how it is valued in British coin catalogs.
Perhaps AU50 or thereabouts.
Slabbing will protect and help to authenticate it, but that is about all. Even better, if most of your other coins are slabbed, otherwise a storage / display problem.
On the obverse, I am seeing quite a bit of wear in the hair and on the face and neck, but the reverse looks much nicer. Because there appears to still be some lustre, I would think this coin makes EF-45, but I would not go any higher than that.
