That's what I was waiting for.
Thankfully I didn't have to eat much popcorn.
The litmus test for grading or value is if a dealer is willing to pay anything, a reputable dealer has spoken, these coins are worth five cents apiece no more, simply not worth grading.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
