MS-63. The obverse did not strike-up fully - either from insufficient pressure in the press, or more likely the planchet was not annealed enough.

I would expect to see more frosty luster on it for 63. Seems quite shiny..

Has any conservation treatment been applied to this nickel..?

I'm looking very closely to the right reverse leaf just below the "S" in CENTS.

I clearly see a faint luster around the leaf in the protected area near that leaf.

This coin might have been polished..and is just too shiny for any accurate grading..IMHO

I wouldn't say they're wrong given the first pictures given. The reverse has a polished appearance lacking in luster in the first image, while the second image clearly shows the luster is most certainly there mostly undisturbed.

So I say the au58 - ms62 range is likely fair imo.

This series of nickels almost never shows up for grades on here, good to show the for sharing opinion, even though the values arent high.

BTW..The last 62 pic is now a different coin..

...and a nicer coin with original a frosty original surface.
Need the obverse pic though to give this newer addition a grade..

Yes that's right, it is a different coin, what a waste of people's time. dorado is trolling, you tricked me but simply on good faith, that's quite sad.
