MS64+, I was going to say 65 but the hits on the nose and eye held me back. The frosty devices and dark areas of the fields hint toward PL. Beautiful example!  |

The very minor distractions don't kick it out of gem. 65 with the reverse being PL, but not so certain on obverse.

I'm going with MS 65 here, very minor hits, unless they are trying to limit the numbers in high grade, I think it should get it.
