What does is sound like when you drop it on a semi hard surface? Looks like a Magician's coin with a another coin on the inside. There seems to be a seam on the inside rim where they pushed the reverse into the obverse. Weigh it too.
Please give us a complete questions in the future. I'm just guessing at what you want us to see. On the obv you have Coin Wrapping Machine Damage.

Here is the reverse of a Magician's coin that I was able to pop out of a full coin with what appeared to be rotated dies. You can usually pop them out of the obverse by holding be coin between your forefinger and thumb and knocking it against your knee. It might take quite a few tries. Magician's have a tool to pop them apart very easily and the idea is they show the crowd a normal half dollar and then turn it into a Mexican 20 centavos or an old British penny that fits snugly into the shell. The Mexican coin and reverse of Kennedy half are lathed down and then glued together to fit perfectly into a lathed out obverse. About 50% of half dollars brought to me as rotated dies turns out to be one of these.

This appears like it could be the seam where the two coins fit together. With all this said I cannot be sure. Would really want to know the weight and how it sounds when dropped on a table.

I don t know if the aluminum rings can be found separately, but the magician coins sometimes come with the ring to assist with opening.
