At worst 58 with some cabinet friction, but good shot at 62/63 I agree.

Field luster appears undisturbed. Star segments indicate softer strike at 2:00 & 8.00. That soft strike makes this appear to lack detail at the high points. All that to say it appears to be a softer strike rather than circulation rub that has resulted in this appearance.
So I'm at 63. If you roll the coin in the light, without magnification, if the luster flows without a break, that would help establish uncirculated.
