The title basically says it all. The second coin has remains of a die clash.

Boy Newbie234 you sure do come up with the UNUSUAL ones.

On the first nickel I believe that is a die gouge.

On the second one, I think it is a combo of things, over the roof I believe that is part of a die clash,
Under the M in Monticello I think those are feeder finger scratches. Under the FIVE those look incuse and I think that is just PMD.

I do try my best. I do understand what your saying. The second coin under the letter I is raised above the field, as well is the line beside and under the T. But yes all lines under and around the M are raised above the field!
