Theres another date with an "S" mintmark underneath. Just wanted to know what tyoe of error this is. Ty

Those are Plating Bubbles. Because of the thin copper plating on the zinc core, air and debris become trapped in between. Zinc deterioration begins and these bubble of CO2 form. This is "zinc rot". No error, just crappy "construction"!
