Probably just a plating bubble - your coin is full of them.

We really need to start refering to these as "Plating Blisters". There really is an error "Gas Bubble" which happens on copper cents and is trapped gas in the alloy. Then there is "Subsurface corrosion" which will look similar, it is an upward push of corroding metal that when popped leaves craters. Here is Subsurface corrosion=

If you were to collapse this, a chasm would show. We do see this on Zincolns too.

That's a cool error.
But with the Zincolns there will be a lot of errors due the zinc plated with copper in the future or rotted out examples

Gas Bubbles are very common on the Zinc Lincoln cents.
