OK, two obverse photos now. Well, the coin is so damaged that it doesn't matter what state it is.

I agree with the others but, keep searching!

There are definitely genuine mint errors to be found and many have been documented here.

It would be most beneficial to learn about the minting process. There is also a section in the back of the RedBook that pretty much covers in short all the basic types of real mint errors.

There are a ba-zillion damaged coins out there in the world.
Unless you get educated on how real mint errors get produced, you are just chasing rainbows.
