NumisRob Bedrock of the Community United Kingdom 18008 Posts	Posted 07/28/2017 02:46 am I'd say EF, but these chrome steel coins are hard to grade as they tend not to wear much, and this one wouldn't have been in circulation long as they were reduced in size in 1990 and then replaced by a redesigned coin in 1993 before Italy joined the Euro in 2002. It's a very common coin, the sort you can pull out of dealers' junk trays in the UK for 10p (about 12 cents). Lots of British people brought them back in their holiday change and they are everywhere. Joseph7420 Bedrock of the Community Canada 11922 Posts	Posted 07/30/2017 12:31 am There looks to be a lot of lustre (although with its composition, that would be expected), but looking at the dress, leaves, and person's hair on the other side, I am not seeing a lot of wear.
