I think this gets to VF-20 do to the details in the hair. I can't judge the color because of the pics but this seems like a nice example. O-101 Variety with the neat die break on the reverse through the eagles wing and olive branches.

Looks like a large letters variety with that die crack on the reverse. Make it simple... Agree vf-20
