Hello, would love to know how you would grade this 1991 Penny. The photo was taken under a light and this is why it looks a little shinny. There looks like a RPM again this is what I see.

It is a very nice looking penny, just my opinion but would love to know what you think.

Nicely struck coin from earlier dies, looks like. A little rub and some dings here and there. Tiny amount of rot starting on obverse. May be something interesting happening on the O in ONE CENT.

Wear on high points, cheek,beard, coat, rim dings few marks, say AU 53. reverse die VLDS, note how close letters to rim and wider(metal flow stretching), split plating issues.
Only reason I mention split plating, is...the damage is done, that coins a goner in a few years, see the "blue zinc"? When storing those, think about something other than tubes, coins together in long time storage may cause trouble.

I am seeing no visible wear, and I am thinking MS-65 RD from those pictures.
