I live in a very small town & I just joined ANA & would love to get some coins graded, I'd like to know about what average it's going to cost & turn around time. I'm going to call NGC & ask for forms & see if being a ANA member will cost less. I'd love to be a $350 member, as I'm maybe a $100 or less a month collector, but I do have some coins that are in great shape & would love to know cost & if it's worth it.

Now that you're an ANA member you don't have to "join" NGC.
But you still have to pay the full price to get your coins slabbed.
Here's the fee chart:

https://www.NGCcoin.com/submit/services-fees/

Because of the fees (don't forget S&H both directions) I don't submit coins unless they catalog at least $150 (and more often I use $200 as a guide).
It's been a while since I last submitted but doing one coin is about $75.
It's cheaper per coin if you submit a bunch at one time.
A big chunk of that $75 is S&H and if you spread that over a number of coins the "per coin" cost is less.

15 coins is a great number of coins for submission to NGC.

Everything you need to know, including submission forms, is on their site.

Don't download the submission form until you know what you will be submitting as the form has a unique submission number. Everything can be listed on that form, too.

Call NGC amd tell them you're an ANA member. They need to send you something to sign if I remember right then you can submit to them. Cost and turnaround time all depends on level you choose on submission form

Turnaround time can also depend on what time of year you send in your submission. Never send in in late December/early Jan. The TPGs are SWAMPED at that time by dealers sending in hundreds of green monster boxes of silver eagles. Right before/after major shows and right after really hot new releases from the mint are also bad times.
