If part of the design was missing, it would have a higher value. I don't know the value, but that may not have much extra.

Yeah. If some of the design was missing, it would be worth more. But I am still going to keep this.

Happy Birthday David! That is a nice example, mind if I use it as such? Been looking for a good pix of one.

That's definitely a keeper. I am surprised, though, that with the obvious amount of misalignment, none of IGWT is missing.

Thanks spruett001. I surprised too that there is no missing letters. But it is sure a keeper. :)

To answer Spruetts question, this MAD was struck fully inside the collar. (Coin is round and thickness is standard). The die may have actually hit the collar on the upper 12 o'clock position causing a collar clash on that edge to be stamped on coins after this one. Collar clashes can sometimes be seen on or in between rim and letters as chips or gouges. I even wonder if it may cause cracks on the outside areas of the die?

Yes, Happy Birthday- I hope it was a nice one (I also wrote on your B-day post in the Family section)
That is a real nice MAD - I still haven't found one where the devices were affected.
