Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 07/31/2017 01:12 am To answer Spruetts question, this MAD was struck fully inside the collar. (Coin is round and thickness is standard). The die may have actually hit the collar on the upper 12 o'clock position causing a collar clash on that edge to be stamped on coins after this one. Collar clashes can sometimes be seen on or in between rim and letters as chips or gouges. I even wonder if it may cause cracks on the outside areas of the die?
