Purports to be the Indo-Scythian king Azes, last few decades of the 1st century BC.

Can we see the other side? The lettering and figures are much clearer than I am used to; I suspect this is a "reproduction".

We need to see full images of both sides of the coin.

@bob june, first welcome to CCF. Second that is an interesting piece there. I see that you have partial photos of both sides. It wiuld be helpful to see the entire coin so please crop a lttle less. Also, can you please photograph (if possible) the edge of the coin in the general region of the horse's head. It looks to me like there may be a parting line there. Parting lines are often found with casts coins.

Although I'm not familiar with Indo-Scythian coins I don't like the look of this. The wear is off. The coin is too round for a handstruck piece. There are no signs of metal stress and flow from the center outward of a struck piece.
Looks like a cast fake to me.

But I know Roman silver not Indo-Scythian coins. We'll see what the IS collectors say.

It looks good. There are zillions of these around and you can usually find one this nice for around $30.

Looks like a match to a previously condemned brass cast.

Sorry to say a very crude copy. The Greek and Kharoshthi legends are poorly done and the design looks like stick figures. The real coins would not look like that. Here are real examples from coin India. http://coinindia.com/galleries-azes2.html
