Hi all! I would appreciate opinions on whether this is a DDO? Just when I think I'm getting a better eye, well...Thought it best to defer to the to the coin community on this one! Best I could do on pics for now. Thanks for your help!

You really need clearer pictures. Experiment with a single light source, a low light. Helpful if you could have them right side up also. and

Hello everyone I am new to coin hunting and posting. I decided to hunt for errors in my 5 year olds piggy bank and found what I believe is an: 1965 Washington quarter EDO FS-101. A few questions: 1. Does anyone see what I see? 2. Is it worth getting slab? 3. Are these desirable? 4. What is estimated worth and grade? 5. There also looks like and error on the reverse error in upper left. It is not a good picture but does anyone else see anything on back? Thanks a lot and I welcome any knowledge. I am not even sure if this is the right place to post.

Note on the FS 101 quarter. You can see the vertical hubbing displacement: Large image. Click to enlarge. Note the Motto area. All three examples on the site show similar MD on each example. The ME is E-W. The doubled die is N-S directions. So MD can and does happen on hub doubled die coin examples. The examples posted on the site, I can't tell for sure what is going on with these coins. Glare and small images prevent me from seeing what I need to see.

I am not sure if your reply was to me or the original poster. This is a picture from PCGS it shows all the same doubling as mine in the same spots. There is a double eye, chin, nose, forehead, In God We Trust, and the date. What do you see that makes you think it is not an DDO?

The doubling on LIBERTY/date/motto N-S spread are hub doubling. Nose and eye are probably MD.
