Newbie234 Pillar of the Community United States 1386 Posts	Posted 08/02/2017 12:33 pm I want to start out by saying I have zero knowledge of paper currency. So please be gentle! LOL! But it appears some of the ink and/design was transferred onto the reverse.The effects on the obverse are also present all the way around the note. I will say it was pretty difficult to get pics.
