The strike is light which is typical for this date. I don't see any indication of luster breaks. Very few ticks. No indication of cleaning. The reverse center bands are not joined because of circulation, but because of the light strike.

Solid 65.

No visible wear but the weak strike and poor luster do not help. MS63 tops for me.
