The way this damage flows I don't see how it could be a minting error but it does seem to extend the coat. Any thoughs. Thanks. Rich

Hard to tell from the picture but? a smooshed one of these? Just kidding as I have no idea from the blurry picture. Maybe a little further away and the entire cent also would help.
