So I found this 1992d UGLY Lincoln with a serious mintmark error. I couldn't find anything on coppercoins.com so I thought I'd ask the experts what you all think?

I'm probably seeing things but I also see a GHOST 19 to the left of the real 19, but it could just be my overactive imagination.

First thought, it might be a zinc gas bubble.

yes, the zinc core in today's cents have a bad reaction if a tiny hole allows air inside the coin. The reaction usually creates a bubble under the copper exterior. You might be able to bust the bubble with a toothpick.

For what it's worth,to me it looks like split copper plating. Can not be a RPM because they stopped in 1990.
