I hope this is a better picture. Also I was thinking of sending to ANACS for grading.

From the new images, I would call her ms63. The portrait looks just a little too scuffed up to make ms64. As far as the dmpl status, again without some reference point there is no way to make a call.

Grading from photos is such a tough call, because many lenses accentuate every blemish and diminish luster.
I'll guess this coin is a bit cleaner than this pic suggests.
