Seems like a reasonable grade. The second pic is blurry, you need a tripod or a cam with IS built-in.

Really hard to grade from those images, and can't tell reflectivity for dmpl status without some form of reference (the best is placing the coin at the end of a ruler).
Still, the frost looks caked on and I'll bet it's very attractive in hand.
