Strange-LMC-Die-Clash?

Everyone says it's a die clash, but is it really? Nothing is mirrored like it should be, and the date on the reverse says 1963. It's almost like the coin was struck twice. Thoughts?

I vote glue/epoxy/clear substance. Way too strong to be a clash.

One side says 1962. The other says 1963.

It didn't happen at the mint.

Vise-job also known as a garage job. PMD happened after the Mint. No extra value. Worth 1 cent.

What I'm confused about is the fact that the second image is not reversed.

I'm confused about how Lincoln's head is halfway behind the memorial and halfway in front of it in the second pic.

I would need to see the edges -- although I doubt there's anything remarkable there, and I would like to know the weight, and I would also like to soak it in acetone and see what it looks like after it's had a bath.

It was squashed off center. You can see the rim line on the reverse. PSD The extra devices will be incuse on the coin.
