ms64. softly struck. fingerprint detracts a little.
could be fsb, but inconclusive from these pics. center band close-up would be helpful.

Unfortunately I think the black may be silver sulfide or oxide, and cannot be removed with acetone.
Not FSB, but 63 or 64 is otherwise quite appropriate.
