I just opened a sealed 68 mint set where every coin was way more beat up than that.

The color tells me that this coin is fully uncirculated, red copper does not stay red once it is passes through a few hands in circulation and begins to wear. MS64

To many hits, especially on the steps. Carbon spots and possible corrosion. Maybe 61 Take your pictures before you put it in the flip.
