It looks like there are traces of wear, but that could just be some odd toning or the picture. My guess is that PCGS called this an MS63. I would say AU58 based on the picture.

Main reason I bought this coin was good strike.

I hope that bigger scratches on this coin are on slab.

Anyways I'm quite happy with this coin overgraded or not and I'll see if some of those bigger and smaller scratches are on slab next week when I get this coin.
