vf details cleaned. I think you can do better. this is a fairly common date CC mint issue.

I also think VF range.
About old cleaning, I'm sure everyone have different point of acceptance. For me, re-toned, old cleaning will be acceptable, but scratch marks are not.

That's a very attractive coin. Cleaned and retoned nicely. Unfortunately the old cleaning job was harsh and the beautiful toning didn't cover up the obnoxious hairlines. This is not a market acceptable coin. Keep looking.

you might try looking for coins that have more gown detail. In particular for a 45 the clasp should be strong and the gown line visible. the reverse should have more detail in the eagle's claw and lower feathers, also the arrow heads should have more detail. I guess price plays a role. don't know how much you want to spend

I agree with the grade and the harsh cleaning. There are better coins out there. Just keep looking and be patient

Thanks all. These coins come cheap in xf (around $50-100). Looking for coins with a darker patina. If I find another I will post thanks a million for all the grade advice!
