Any opinions as to doubled die, or just MD?

All are MD. The overall letter/numbers are not increased in size. This is most likely caused by a "popping" die. When the press first starts to squeeze, it adjusts any alignment issues and makes a "popping sound" as it fall into place if out of sync.

Thanks Crazyb0 I had to ask. I have such a hard time with the MD verses doubled die.

Remember, MD is like a flat 'step' or shelf. DD is usually 'part' of the coin...this always helped (and continues to help) me when discerning the two.
