I think the slabbed nickel is worth 55 points for this round, assuming the "narrative" is acceptable.

Quote: Has anyone been keeping score? There only looks to be 4 entries. Hopefully I did this right. Dorado,..6 points (I am assuming this is a spitting horse variety of some sort) Finn...0 points. Sorry rules say it has to have a name I guess. mysilveryears..16 points. 6 points for the "B-22" entry 10 points for silver. Spruett... This one is a little harder. Do any of the TPG actually name the cracks? If not. Then Spruett scores 66. That's 6 points for his single "$" Sign Jefferson nickel, 10 points for silver, and 50 points for it being a graded coin. There is also a Double $ Sign version of this nickel http://goccf.com/t/193363If Arby intended for the slab to be labeled with the die crack, then Spruett would tie mysilveryears and then because mysiveryears posted and entry first he/she would win. The entrants could vote as to whether or not to allow the slab points I guess. This would be the fairest thing. If the entrants agree send me a PM with your vote. Either Yea or Nay Then a winner can be declared. If anyone else has any suggestions please let us know.

I'm with you, Mont, in that I don't know if the slab label should have the "name" of the die crack on it, or just show the die crack on the coin. I swear I didn't make the $ mm up. It seems that the points would be 15 for @mysilveryears' entry, and (without slab points) 16 for mine because I posted two variations of the die crack (albeit from two different years ). I still don't know! Quote: There is also a Double $ Sign version of this nickel I hadn't thought of that! Unfortunately, neither I have are with the die crack running through the last S of STATES.

I still don't know! I was assuming Arby meant from the same year on this actually. Like different stages of the same crack. Edit: It looks like I accidentally gave everyone 6 point for participation instead of 5 so everyone subtract a point for the correct scoring. This does not apply to Finn obviously.

Quote: Hey! I did at least post a pic! Yes you did. What is that a hobo nickel? Okay another day has gone by and I have not received any votes as to whether or not to allow Spruetts slab points. Just to get this moving again, I vote we give the win to Spruett for the only graded coin with a die crack. Anyone object?

If no one objects by noon forum time tomorrow, Spruett wins and has the floor at that time.
That is unless Arby comes back and declares a winner before that.
I don't mean to take over this round, but someones gotta get this moving again.
I hope Arby is okay. He set this to end on the 4th of July evening, but never reported in. I hope nothing happened.

The winner of the last round is Spruett. Congrats! The floor is now yours.
